Senior Team Members

Daniel J. Dulnikowski

Sales Manager & Company Owner

Dan started Advanced Rehab Technologies in 1992 in Eastern Pennsylvania, providing durable medical equipment and specialty solutions for lymphedema, vascular disorders, and soft tissue injuries.

Since the company began, Advanced Rehab Technologies has supported more than 10,500 patients, hospitals, and clinics and now provides equipment across PA, NY, OH, VA, WV, MD, DE, NJ, and DC.

He lives in Pottstown, PA with his wife and has three grown children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

"We don't see ourselves as providers of equipment, but as providers of a solution to a problem. That is what we focus on, getting the patient better."

Lou Downard

Territory Manager

Lou joined the company in 2008 and handles a range of administrative duties, including licensing, credentialing, and personnel, after spending 17 years in the field.

Lou attended Penn State University as a Business Administration major. He lives in Lower Burrell, PA and has a grown son and a grandson.

He has been recognized as Employee of the Year twice.

Andrea DeAngelo

Sales Representative

Andrea has worked with her father, Dan Dulnikowski, for over ten years and is the territory manager for Philadelphia and all of New Jersey. She is a graduate of Spring-Ford High School, attended Montgomery County Community College, and was the company's top performer for 2023.

Alex Dulnikowski

Office Manager

Alex joined the company in April 2012. He graduated from Penn State University in 2011 with a BA in Media Studies and lives in Gilbertsville, PA with his girlfriend and their three children.

Louann Morley

Ohio Territory Manager

Louann is our representative for the state of Ohio. She is a single mother with two children and brings years of experience in the medical equipment field.

Aldrin Dulnikowski

Billing Manager

Aldrin is married with a daughter and graduated from Penn State University in 2004 with a BS in Business. A U.S. Marine veteran who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom, he oversees the billing department.

Amy Likens

Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Amy brings 12 years of experience treating lymphedema as a therapist. Based in West Virginia, she has become one of Advanced Rehab Technologies' top performers and is also a U.S. Army veteran.

Giesela Simmons

Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Giesela is a Delaware Technical Community College graduate with 12 years of occupational therapy experience. After working in skilled care and home health, she recognized a shortage of care for people living with lymphedema and became a certified lymphedema therapist.

Steven DeAngelo

Marketing Assistant

Steven is the son of Andrea DeAngelo. He is a junior at Penn State University studying Kinesiology and helps in the office with marketing.

Luigi Lotufo

Office Team

Luigi assists the company from the Pottstown office. He is a single father and supports the business both in and out of the office.

Heather Mullusky

Healthcare Professional

Heather has 16 years of healthcare experience with a focus on physical therapy and medical devices. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University and Central Pennsylvania College with degrees in Biology and Physical Therapy.
